- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo(s) of the incorrect or damaged item(s)

Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if a refund is appropriate. If so, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and process the refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
