Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (US): Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and you can expect to receive your shipment 2-5 business days after the tracking number has been sent. Free shipping will be provided for single orders over $100. Please reach us at contact@capsoulcollection.com if you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please see the estimated DHL Express shipping time in checkout. Any shipping charge added to your shipment does not include any duties and/or taxes that your individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any such duties and/or taxes that may be levied by the country where the product is imported.

SHIPPING ERRORS: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged, please reach us immediately at contact@capsoulcollection.com with your order number and images of the damages so that we can help resolve the issue.
